I’ve been leaning on the Moment app for about a year now, and it has become an anchor in my everyday life. It’s the one place I go when I need to quiet my mind, expand a vision, or light a fire under my own intentions again. Whether it’s meditations, guided visualizations, or those energizing pep talks that feel like a supportive hand on my shoulder, it consistently meets me exactly where I am. There’s a practicality to it. Not frou-frou, not lofty, just clear, soul-centered support that keeps me showing up for myself. Body, mind, spirit… all of it. It helps me stay connected to my spiritual practices in a way that feels effortless and deeply personal. It nudges me back into alignment when I drift, motivates me when I stall, and reminds me that self-care and spirituality are not separate—they’re a single lived experience. In a sea of apps that promise everything and deliver noise… this one delivers presence. I don’t just use it, I rely on it. It’s steady, intentional, motivating, and empowering. Simply put, it works. And I always walk away from a session feeling like I’ve reclaimed something important in myself... my agency, my calm, or my next aligned step. If you’re looking for a tool that genuinely supports you in caring for your body, mind, and spirit without draining your energy further, this is it. It’s my go-to, my reset button, and my daily dose of practical magic all in one.
One of my favorite aspects of the app is the flexibility—it allows me to do my meditations/listen to pep talks at any time of the day, which is perfect for my ever-changing schedule. Whether I want to start my morning with a calming ritual, take a mindful pause in the afternoon, or wind down before bed, there is an audio for it! Since the app has range in categories and duration, I have been able to stick with my personal goal of daily meditation 🧘♀️
One of my intentions for the new year is to meditate in the morning, and the Moment app has made it surprisingly effortless. Even if you “don’t meditate” - there are tracks for everyone! I especially love are the visualization moments - they're engaging and effective. The app is pretty and easy to use, which makes me want to stick with it. Whether you have 5 minutes or 20, there's always u something that fits your mood. Perfect for meditation beginners like me who want to make mindfulness a sustainable habit!!
