The app is super easy and convenient to use. I use JJs to cater for my work events quite often, and ordering via the app is always so convenient because it takes less than 5 minutes! The menu options are easy to navigate. Everyone I’ve catered JJs for absolutely LOVES the food and there’s always plenty! JJ himself sees to it that orders are right and on time.

The $3 processing fee for the app is absurd and for an already expensive bowl compared to chain competitors (Cava or Chipotle), it brings a regular bowl to $17.93 before tip and with no add ons. There are plenty of spots in Orlando where you can get a sit down meal for that price. Probably will keep this out of any regular rotation just due to how expensive it is for what you’re getting.
