I am obsessed with taking photos on this app! I’ve always been into cell phone photography but this app has taken my pictures to the next level. My friends all know I use it. My one problem (aside from the app being a little glitchy sometimes)- can you add the functionality to allow after edits? I want to be able to change color filters after the fact instead of having to take five pics with different filters to see which is best. Also if you could allow photos not taken in the app to be edited into different styles and lenses that would be even better. Thanks!

I own various Leica cameras and different Leica lenses, based on this I believe I have a good idea of the systems and their differences. I will shorten to say that the quality of the images and the rendition of the simulated images truly resemble the real lenses. The only feedback requests I could ask would be to have the option to take a bracketed image with a mode for identical rendering to merge into a high quality bracketed image. Maybe also an option to tweak the edges of where the blur starts and what it covers? An option to adjust the brightness and contrast after the foto is taken? Even without those feature, the app is wonderful.

Ive been using this app for over one month and it eases the pain of taking solid photos at events, without bringing a camera along.
I’ve been a professional documentary Filmaker since 2006 and I’ve played around with a ton of cameras, lenses across 5 continents. From Fuji, Olympus, Minolta, Canon to Nikon, Sony to Panasonic, I never owned a Leica, but will buy one in the next 2 years due to this app.
When it comes to quick photos to send to a group of friends, I’m the one people ask to take photos. In the last month wedding photographers in Ghana and Cinematographers in NYC and DC, took photos and they love the app. The cost is worth it if you don’t want to carry a 28, 50, or 95mm lens around.
The only pains are:
It’s hard to keep focus when someone text or calls you when taking photos.
Dark skin in Accra and in Nigeria had challenges in shade and mid day with some of the LUX looks.
The aperture is is sometimes slot or not responding .
