AeroGarden

I set up the account with no problem. I set the light hours to begin at 7:30am and end at 10:30pm. This change did take place because the lights went out at 10:30pm. But in the morning, they came on at 6, waking me up. I tried to go into the app to change the time, and it wanted me to log in again, but could never get to the page to input login info-just kept trying to load. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and while I got a little farther, I still can’t fully log in to access my settings. I just keep getting the spinning circle, trying to load. I use google to authenticate and i actually did get a security message from them to I am logged in - just cannot use the app at all. As I look at the other reviews, I can see this is not an isolated issue—the company simply does not care. I went to adjust the times manually and the screen says it’s set to come on at 7:30! Yet here we are.

After a few years of use, the app just asked for my password before it would let me in. Then wouldn’t take my password. It asked me to reset the password but I don’t get a reset request to my email address. Controls on the AeroGarden no longer work - the app was the only way to communicate with it. Terribly frustrated!! I finally got a response from Miracle Grow. They fixed the software glitch and it now works for me. It’s good to see they do review the comments and respond!!

I just downloaded the new app for my Farm and Bounty Gardens and what a huge difference. The ability to change the amount of time for the lights and the intensity, along with the duration of sunrise and sunset is soooo much easier to do now. It’s much clearer in navigation and you don’t have to have your phone oriented in a certain manner in order to look at anything. The only fault I can see at this point is the login screen. When I was typing in my password, the page kept getting a popup and it would move my screen to the bottom, which can be a real pain if you’re trying to see what you are typing in. But this isn’t so bad that I felt it needed to lose a star. I am very impressed! Bravo Aerogarden!!!
