Harvest Right

I am frustrated beyond words. I have had my freeze dryer for less than three weeks now. I let it sit for 24 hours as factory recommended before running my burnt in load. I did my burn in load with moisten bread as it recommended. My freeze dryer did great no problems at all. I purchased the Wi-Fi upgrade package deal. I wanted to be able to view my batch processes on my phone by using the harvest right app. To this day. I have been unable to pear with my Wi-Fi and my phone at the same time. At first it paired with my Wi-Fi but not my phone. Then I was able to pair it with my phone and it dropped my Wi-Fi. I reached out to customer services and was on the phone over an hour with a woman whose non English accent was heavier than this freeze dryer. She was so not pleasant to speak with it all non did she think I was either. We were not able to get anywhere. She didn’t understand me, and I didn’t understand her. I continue to try for the next couple of days still unable. To add insult to injury, I finally decided to do my first official batch. I prepared my product and loaded my dryer as directed and started the process overnight. Got up the next morning to my freeze dryer alarming vacuum failed. I went through all the checks as it directed and everything seemed to checked out. Three different times I’ve got vacuum failed. I had to leave for work so I had to abandon the load. So now I have to call customer services again. To say the least, I’m not happy about that phone call or my purchase at this point in time. Hopefully I can come back with a better review if I can get this straightened out.

I have now been freeze drying for one year. This machine is a game changer for our family. We live in a hurricane zone and if we loose power we scramble to keep our (3)fridges and (3)freezers running with a generator. That is no longer a problem. We have a large garden with plenty of vegetables to process as well as venison, pork and beef. Most of the foods have come out great when rehydrated. My granddaughter recently specifically requested that she have nana’s FD homemade chicken noodle soup over the last CAN of chicken noodle soup. That tells you all you need to know. Save and buy a Harvest Right. You will not be disappointed.

I have been freeze drying for years, and this app is a complete game changer. It completely simplifies and demystifies everything about freeze drying. With WiFi it will automatically start my Freeze drying will the perfect settings and allow me to remotely monitor and control everything on my Freeze dryer from anywhere at any time. It has 24 hour instant chat and support with tons of videos about a whole gamut of topics from the basics to master level. I have read many of the negative reviews and found most of them the be either outdated with Harvest Rights newest updates. Based upon the update on the app over the past few month it will only get better. This is amazing!!! Thank you Harvest Right!!!
