LA Clippers + Intuit Dome

I’m leaving this review because I hope Intuit Dome takes this seriously and makes improvements so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was overcharged at concessions and submitted a refund request. My refund was initially approved, but was later denied, which has been extremely frustrating and confusing. I am currently still waiting for a final outcome and resolution. What makes this especially concerning is that customers are required to use the Intuit Dome app and set up an account, and there are cameras and so much technology throughout the venue. With all of these systems in place, there should be better safeguards to ensure customers are charged correctly and to properly investigate disputes when an issue is reported. Customers should not have to closely monitor every transaction and then spend additional time and effort trying to get their money back after being overcharged. I hope Intuit Dome becomes more mindful of its app, account, and payment systems and puts better processes in place to prevent this from happening to others. The technology at this venue should help protect customers from billing errors—not make it more difficult and frustrating to resolve them.

I downloaded the app because i needed it to go to a game several months ago. I've since deleted the app but will still see a notification from the app occasionally... the app i deleted... It was pretty dystopian at the dome also. All the shops automatically charge you by using their security cameras and "facial recognition technology." It's hard to say just how deep they data-mine, but if i'm still getting an occasional lockscreen pop up from it, despite the app being "uninstalled" from my phone, then they definitely grabbed some personal and private information they have no business looking at. Update: July, 2026. I still receive a screen from this app from my lock screen despite having deleted it well over a year ago. I don't know why i get this still

The app is amazing. We breezed through with the facial recognition portion of the app which also worked to purchase drinks and snacks in the facility. It was so convenient not having to pull out our cards or tap. Just walk in, pick your items then have our face recognition allow for pay with the debit I attached to the intuit app. We had the best seats to the Rousey/Carano fights. We could not of had a better experience. 5 stars.
