I bought tickets to the fire aid concert, but it’s really stupid that each person can only have one ticket on their phone and you have to enable all these things that are unnecessary. Like, add your payment information your game Face ID and your movements THIS IS THE WORST APP ever. after I assigned a ticket to the other person who was coming it would not show up on their end. The customer service is terrible too the chat bot only gives you certain question that you can ask and when we finally found a phone number and got connected to someone to help me THEY HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION LIKE WHAT ?!??!?! why can’t this app be like ticket master where you can have multiple tickets on one device. also what if there is someone who does not have a phone can they just not go into the concert?!?!? No wonder the rating is so bad 😡:/ if I could rate this 0/5 stars I would it’s just that bad. This is not user friendly and there was no warning I would have to go through this when I bought the tickets. I designed a better app on googles free app making software:///. WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIRED. FIX THIS.

This app is way ahead of the game! All these negative reviews were obviously from the first couple days Intuit Dome opened. And yes, I know they had issues during the Bruno Mars concert, but greatness does not happen overnight. I think this app is amazing if you follow the steps and add all your information correctly. I’ve been to several Clippers games and have had no issues whatsoever. You literally do not need to remove your phone or wallet from your pocket! Everything was controlled by facial recognition. From entry, to concessions, and even the team store. It felt strange at first just grabbing a sweatshirt from the shelf and walking out of the store, but that’s all you have to do. Your card on file is billed later. No lines, no waiting, no missing the game. For those who had a bad experience, I highly recommend revisiting and giving it another chance. You won’t be disappointed.

I have never interacted with a piece of software that feels like it was intentionally created to cause human suffering at this scale. It is a Byzantine system of bugs and error messages that leave the end user absolutely confounded, fuming, and eventually, dejected. It will test every personal relationship in your life because….. well… everyone you love will also have to download and be violated by this god forsaken app to get into Intuit Dome. I have been to three clippers games. Every single time I swear I will never do it again because of this cursed software. I am very technically literate but whenever I open this app I feel like my mom trying to play Call of Duty. Sports were supposed to be fun. Steve has created Kafkaesque Tecnho Odyssey that will melt the brain of anyone over 45. The Clippers will never win a championship as long as Steve Balmer accosts innocent people like this. The universe won’t allow it. They also over charged me by almost 100 dollars at concessions and customer service didn’t responded to 4 separate emails.
