The app is great, but I’d love if there was an option to track from a specific date, rather than a rolling basis. With the way insights are currently set up, you’ll have to track your food and exercise perfectly for 7 days to get any accuracy & even then it’s only for the 7 Day deficit insight. Every other stat is inaccurate until you hit 30 days of calorie tracking and calorie burn tracking. I would’ve emailed this request, but I couldn’t find any contact info within the app, so perhaps consider adding that, as well.
