I really like the Epik Foods series of restaurants, but I cannot recommend ordering from them using the Epik Foods app. It is just not reliable. Your order status never updates and always says “preparing”, and the loyalty points you are promised with each purchase never get added to your balance. I had to cancel one order which was an hour late and when I called Customer Service I was told that no rider was available to bring it to me. Also, their app does not list all the ingredients/toppings for each item, which caused one hot dog I ordered to be made with a bunch of toppings that I didn’t want and had no idea would even be on there. Their customer service never send me a replacement hot dog and never refunded me. Just use Deliveroo or Talabat instead of the Epik Foods app.
