Worked perfectly fine for me using the English version of the Schloss Charlottenburg tour. Not sure why the reviews are so low.
Difficult to figure out. No logical order to recordings. Literally have to exit one room’s recording and be asked a stupid question to get back to the list of rooms that appear to be in a random order. Clearly designed by someone’s unemployed nephew.
Overall the app was easy to use and was very useful. You could tour at your own pace with many different language options
