It was easy to book a ride from the airport to our hotel.

The app works by having the taxi drivers input the metered fare at the end of the trip but there is nothing to verify it so the drivers will charge double as soon as you leave the taxi and you’ll get stuck with the charge on the app. It’s even worse that there is absolutely no way to dispute any charges on the app. It’s a perfect app for taxi drivers to rip off unsuspecting foreigners. Use Uber instead which will hail a taxi with your destination the same way and you can pay in person to make sure you are paying the correct metered amount.

This app is annoying because it will ask you to type in your language and then gives you the address that their search results find but in Korean. It also doesn't help that Korea has 2 different address systems so each place has 2 addresses per location. Another annoyance is that when a taxi is coming your way to pick you up, your destination point disappears temporarily. But overall I think this app has been slightly faster at finding a taxi when compared with the Uber app.
