No cab would reply to app. I had to go old school and wave down cab.
Registration and payment with an American phone number and credit card were very easy. The English language content was also helpful as a first time traveler to Korea - would recommend.
The one time I tried to use this app, it allowed me to enter my credit card and then said there were no available cars. This was after showing many available cars around me. Then, the app started glitching and never opened for me again! Seems like a scam to get your credit card info …
