This service is not exactly what I expected from the advertisement (I thought it’d be a box subscription). But I decided to give it a try (although, I am VERY CONCERNED about the reviews on the cancellation policy). My first experience was good overall. Positive: - simple app (a little too simple) - my first session with Jordan was good. She was very pleasant, listened to all my wishes & styles preferences and picked a great outfit, I loved every item! - direct links to clothes - email reminders about sessions Negative: - absolutely NO response from the customer service (very suspicious). I reached out multiple times with questions on HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE/ HOW THE SESSIONS ARE WORKING/ WHAT TO EXPECT. - I had to wait for an actual session to discover it’s a CHAT (I prepared for a live call). Less personal + took full 2 hours for back & forth on both ends (not stylist’s fault but the service design fault = pun intended). Perhaps, it’s only the intro session to learn more about me but again, I HAD NO IDEA THAT IT’D TAKE SO LONG. Conclusion: I’ll give the service another chance because I liked the stylist’s approach and choices. But if it’s gonna take 2 hours each time for a CHAT session, I’ll have to cancel. I’d be more willing to spend 1 hour talking live where the stylist can actually see me and what I’m currently wearing for a more personal experience.

When I downloaded the app and signed up for the subscription I was under the impression that I would get some type of guided stylist advise…the way it is advertised. Like some other customers, I also thought the style session would be a call or video chat something of that nature. It was a text chat and the stylist was very unhelpful. Clearly preoccupied and was a complete waste of my time. Since I realized upon signing up that none of the services that are advertised are actually included in the subscription but are in fact add ons, I decided this was not the subscription I wanted. When I reached out to customer service to cancel (because trying to cancel online is also not straightforward) I was told via customer service that since my reasons for cancelling were my “personal reasons” I couldn’t get a refund. And that it was actually not a fraud that they offered a money back guarantee because you cannot sign up for the service without agreeing to the terms and conditions (whatever THAT means). DO NOT purchase this service, they are scammers at worst-extremely misleading at best. DO NOT believe these pc answers they are giving in response to the reviews. They are frauds.

I’m a 5’10” former model with very long legs. I signed up for this service for help finding pants with long inseams. I signed up for the first month but my first session was on day 28 of my service. When I tried to start the session, I got a notice that my stylist was busy and wanted to rebook me in another month. So—two months paid no service so far. When I finally met with my stylist, she took so long to respond. She was clearly working simultaneously with other customers. Although I told her I needed 35 inch inseam, every pant she recommended was 32 inch. She then started sending capris without understanding that capris are still supposed to hit a few inches above the ankle, not a foot above the ankle. The stylist had no understanding whatsoever about fitting a tall person. It took about 30-40 minutes and by the end she was still suggesting pants too short. I ended the session and requested a refund, then was told that my “personal preferences” is a not a reason for a refund. So they refused to refund me the money. Good job TITLE being unable to help the customer then blaming it on the customer. Sounds like the last guy I dated. Not a business policy.
