So signing in the first time does require use of the “Forgot Password” function, which isn’t entirely intuitive to first log in (pro tip: use your cell number to validate here), but the sign up hassle is worth the payoff: see your member level, points balance & cash credit value, offers, online menu/ordering, order history, special offers. The best part of the app is the funnest: point redemption for store credit in store (apparently the only way to redeem points). Nothing more fun than getting fun stuff for free. Nice job, guys.
