In the other apps, I have the ability to move back and fourth between moves. Sometimes I mess up the moves or there is a distraction of some sort. This is a huge hinderance to me. Please fix this for five stars. Also in different apps plus this one, you have an exercise that is only for one leg or arm and not the other, so I have to pause it to balance my exercise with the opposite limb. And since the program I chose only has one set program “fat burn”, there is never a time when I do the opposite arm or leg. This makes no sense to me. How can I change this? Why is “fat burning” mode one set round with no other options. I always have to repeat the same movements every day. The other programs have many days to rotate between. Please add more. That is all for now, thank you!

Like the app, the layout, the exercises just wish they gave 5 secs between exercises to transition so you don’t waste time otherwise loving jt!!
