When I downloaded the app and set my profile up, the first journal day hit home for me. The questions that were being asked really mad me stop and ask myself these questions and how they were affecting me. After answering the questions for Day 1, just Day 1 along and reading the powerful points that were attached with them gave me my confirmation that I was needing. Everyone again this was just Day 1 of journaling so just imagine the days to come what can be expected from DR TIERINI. HEY SUGA!!!!!
