I have seen the blank screen that other people have mentioned. Also it sometimes gets stuck after an appointment. I found that if I close the program and open it back up it will upload. Still there are definitely times when, possibly because of the bad clinic Wi-Fi or low cellular area, document takes forever to upload and then after it uploads it has to be submitted in which case it sometimes will get stuck. Most of the time it works great

As one user said above, I love the AI, but the app is useless. I open it and am met with a blank screen most of the time

The AI online program is great. Unfortunately half the time I log onto the app i get a blank screen and it is not usable. This is VERY inconvenient for a busy provider
