I get the Kolet app because it was a gift from a company who sold me a good deal for airline tickets to Italy. At first it was confusing even after having downloaded the Kolet app. However, the availability for a live chat customer service person “Hanjier” literally walked me through every step activating the eSIM. I am more than satisfied. Outstanding job for this startup and I wish them all their deserved success!

Im very satisfied with the kolet app and service. It works perfectly. You can see immediately how much data you’ve used and how much is left. And their customer service is very fast in replying and helping you out. When you have data left they convert it into coins so you can use it again the next time. I highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, my flight got cancelled and needed cellular data to travel to another country via train and needed cellular data and they came in clutch. 10/10 fully recommend
