The game changer with this app for me are the widgets. Being able to quickly see my saved bus routes makes it so much easier for me to make sure I don’t miss a bus. The initial navigation on the app isn’t necessarily the most intuitive, but once you have your typical routes saved, it’s such a great tool.
I'll be commuting more in the near future, and I've recently been rudely reminded of how difficult it is to pull up an accurate map with transportation schedules. I stumbled upon this app today, and thankfully this app completely solves that problem! It's so nice that important locations and routes can be saved easily. It also estimates and compares prices which is a great bonus. Truly enjoying the experience thus far! Thank you to the creators of this app.
There is the ability to show live tracking for a stop, but it is buried in a confusing UI. I would like to have a shortcut for showing live tracking on certain lines. But you have to click through multiple screens and manually select it each time, it is not clear or intuitive. Also, sometimes live tracking won’t turn off, so you have to uninstall the app to not drain battery life. This app has potential and i am paying for a subscription so hopefully they fix that part. The watch app and widgets are also not that useful, they just tell you if service is OK. Why not have the next 3 times for favorited lines, with service warnings only when there is a delay?
