Vampire Legacy. City Builder

I was immediately impressed when I saw the level of animation to make the first two characters seem so lifelike. And they have their own voice actors!? Already a level of work and effort above what any other game has. I haven’t gone far enough in the game yet to see any other characters. But so far, this game is looking to have earned my support.

I enjoyed the game quite a bit, but then I went into an event. I was on top of the leaderboard for pretty much the entire event. And not by a little bit, but by a large margin. At around the last 12 hour mark, I had almost all of the buildings fully upgraded and still ahead by quite a bit, then with only a couple hours left I was pushed to 53rd place. I would understand if it was a few that got super far ahead, but when I was on top for majority of the event, now there is no way to come back because no matter how many times I upgrade or spin the wheel, I don’t get hardly enough to go up one place point. It doesn’t make any sense, especially because I can’t really upgrade any more buildings.

Was enjoying this game so much I put it on multiple devices until the new update when they added the castle and made it into a chore. It’s just too much extra and it’s only half translated and I am not comfortable clicking on a box I can’t even read. Upgrading heroes was enough, now you have to upgrade their abilities and clothing items as well. The need to build and upgrade rooms in the castle is more like a last stronghold type of game that I don’t enjoy and keeps me away from playing the original storyline and events of the game I did enjoy so much. It has totally ruined the game for me and I will probably delete the game. My boyfriend feels the same way and is probably going to delete the game as well.
