I prefer to buy from O’Reilly, simply because there is one closest to home, and there had been one near my shop before I retired. I’ve been a car guy since I was twelve, I do it all from mechanics (I rebuild engines), to body work and fab, to upholstery. From antique Fords to newer Corvettes. I would like to be able to access an app like I can with your competitors for my convenience. That’s what these apps are for, customer convenience. If you can do it for the current pros, you can do it for the rest of your customers as well. Sometimes I find it easier to shop your competitors just for this reason. They’re only a couple miles further away, not even worth comparing the little extra time and distance for the shopping convenience. Yeah, I can use the web browser, and I have. But the point of the app is instant access to shopping and account access.

The app is great and works amazing. Ordering and looking up parts with ease. Small issue, I’m a traveling mechanic. I would like to change the store that I can order parts from, instead of the store my account was created at. Please allow this to happen.

Using this app in my everyday routine while I’m in shop or out doing mobile work has made business easier. Glad I’m able to place my orders and send my tech to pick up if needed or track my order along the way. Fast and convenient
