You will honestly regret using the My MTN app, Their very fast at collecting peoples money but too slow to credit the worth of that money. I made a subscription through my bank app to the bank app they provided (Sterling Bank) since on the 3rd December 2025 and for the past 1 hour now they still haven't credited me the data. They asked me to reach out to my bank app (UBA mobile app) which I did and it was confirmed that the money already left my bank app to the bank app they provided . Yet after providing them with every necessary information and details regarding this issue . Nothing has been done yet. MTN it's either you refund my money or you credit my line the data stop using network issues to steal people's money , this is not the first time this is happening with me, I let the other one slide but | won't this time. STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY .!!! If this app is having issues kindly shut it down !!!! Y'all better resolve my issues else I'II keep dropping a review here for the world to see . I have been contacting your agents on WhatsApp for the past few weeks now yet no tangible solution. MTN I WANT MY MONEY BACK. OR YOU CREDIT MY LINE THE SUB I PAID FOR !!

They asked me to reach out to my bank app (Opay) which I did and it was confirmed that the money already left my bank app to the bank app they provided . Yet after providing them with every necessary information and details regarding this issue . Nothing has been done yet . I bought a data plan that requires transfer(digital bundle) since Thursday and I made the transfer and I’m yet to receive my data even as at now… This happens every time I purchase the data that I have to call the customer service and it takes hours before I eventually get the data This time is different I’ve purchased this data bundle I’ve made the transfer I didn’t get the data,I called the customer care they told me to wait for 24hrs I waited from 24 hours to more than 72 hours now I’ve not received the data And all they can tell me now is that the transaction wasn’t successful that I should visit my bank,even after sharing the receipt of the transaction with them they still insist on me visiting my bank…… My experience on this app hasn’t not been a pleasant one because if the customer service was good they would have detected immediately if the transaction was successful or not and not telling me to wait for hours only to end up telling me that the transaction wasn’t successful…….what if I needed to do something urgent with the data!!!! And I’ve very certain that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue…… Issues like this need immediate intervention please Thank you ❤️
