I thought I could use this app to help me plan and track my workouts. Unfortunately the app is only optimized for running. If you want to do any other kind of work out, it will not help you plan for it. It’s a great set of features if you are a runner, but unfortunately, that is not my sport. I’m enjoying the free version helping me to see the effects of my other workouts towards increasing my overall health. I wish there was a little more explanation.

This app & technology is an absolute game changer for myself and my fitness. I’m a runner who’s always looking for ways to improve my health and performance - and this has given me SO much insight into how to do that. The information has been so eye opening & is so easy to understand and implement into your daily life and habits. Would truly recommend this app & system to anyone!

I’m a 49 year old weekend warrior who recently ran a personal best of 5:58 mile utilizing this app during beta testing. Prior to this, my personal best was a 6:03 which was set 37 years ago! The unique tissue scores alert me when I’m at risk of injuries based on my genetics. I have also never experienced any fitness app that gives you an efficiency score after each recommended workout. This is a truly personalized experience. It is super addicting and I can’t wait to beat my new personal best.
