It is quite misleading that this free app claims to be an easy introduction to speech-generating AAC for families. This free app doesn’t include the voice files, and when I tried to click to download one of the voices, the app keeps taking me to my iPad settings page. Also, the “preloaded” AAC boards it lets you choose from don’t actually populate when you go to the board. Stick with another free app like ChatterBoards if you’re looking to build your own free AAC boards that generate speech!

I do not want to purchase yet as I want to see how it works. I am an early intervention therapist that wants to trial this app with kids I work with and so far I am not happy with this app. I can not get any sound for the words and it looks like I need to subscribe for sound. I was under the impression the free version had sound.
