D-ID: AI Video Generator

Really cool app. I downloaded it thinking that it would be boring but it’s actually fun to play around with the Ai and make it say whatever you want! The Ai voice sounds really good quality and I like that you can choose what accent the Ai has. You can also chose what appearance your Ai has. ❤️ I also find it convenient that they don’t force you to sign in or purchase a subscription. I would definitely recommend this app to whoever out there is in need of an Ai voice for a video. Good job developers! 😊

I wanted to leave a review because I downloaded this app after having used the online version and noticed the only other review was 1-star which I think is unfair. The app lets you create a talking avatar from a photo which is fun. It’s not perfect, and it’s obviously not the real person taking, but it’s still fun and pretty amazing. As for improvements, I would like to see more options for having control of the way the head/face of the avatar moves. For example, I would like the option where the head stays still and doesn’t move left or right because sometimes that is when it can look even more fake, so having the option to keep the face in the original direction of the photo with just mouth moving would be cool. Anyways, it’s amazing to see the advancement of technology and companies like this are definitely a part of tech moving forward.

So I’m so glad this is out finally. I was trying to upload my own voiceover but I couldn’t find the access or how I could do it on the app. I might be missing it or it’s hiding somewhere which means that should be checked for easy access. I also noticed it was synced with my desktop/online account. Great job. Things are going to easier from here on out.
