This was a great app but as of a few weeks ago it won’t even load now. They better fix this within the week or I won’t be renewing. From first to last in a day.

I just purchased a subscription after having a free trial and it still won’t even let me use the features. Please fix this (To be more accurate, I started the free trial and cancelled it; but then after trying different apps I decided to go ahead and subscribe to this one. In any case, please let me use the subscription I purchased. This is B.S.)
