LG TV Remote Control Smart TVs

Maybe I would’ve paid a onetime fee, but monthly is greedy. The LG ThinQ app is LG’s official app and it’s FREE when you sign up. It comes with a digital remote control and way more!!! 5 stars because your app works and is good, but 1 star for charging monthly for a free feature LG provides.

The fact they expect you to pay a monthly subscription for a remote is absurd…. For $4 a month I can literally buy a new remote every 3 months. Not sure why anybody would pay a monthly subscription for this garbage app. Don’t do it. If you’re in a pinch you can actually walk over to your TV and use the buttons to make things happen. Wild thought, I know but believe me it’s better than $4 a month.

I bought the product, stop trying to steal from your customers with obnoxious monthly fee money grabs in the form of a trash remote app. When companies act this way they lose future customers, this is just bad business practice by a company more interested in this year’s bottom line than long term success. Don’t expect me to buy LG for my next appliance purchases.
