My kid had a ACL surgery. I I have to research everything about the surgery and the cost while I was waiting for different appointment. I use the app to do my homework and I find out the details about required treatment and also the paperwork. The app user interface is easy to learn once you get a couple conversation going. I especially like the all of the follow-up questions which I have no background on.

I was dealing with some complex medical coverage for my family member. The app used easy to understand language explaining the insurance jargon. It helped me prepare some of the difficult conversations with insurance company. Another thing, the app was able to tell me the hospital approval criteria for expensive surgery, which is tremendous when everything looks opaque from my personal experience.

I’ve used this app for months now and absolutely love the ability to gain insights on what prior authorization criteria doctors offices or insurance carriers may be using to approve your procedures or tests. It also looks at my BMI and pops up with information relevant to helping me improve it in the future. A very relevant and intelligent AI copilot.
