One of the most irritating apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. If you’re going to go the contactless payment route at least make sure your app is functioning first. It is constantly down or experiencing issues and even when it does work it’s extremely inconvenient on the best of days. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Terrible and glitchy app. Been wrestling with the machines “taking a nap” then going back up for a second, reserving them, loading in my laundry, and then being unable to make my payment to actually wash my clothing. I’m stuck with one sopping wet load of laundry that’s unable to be dried. Terrible, terrible app. Please just let us use regular washing machines. Please.

This is the perfect example of how technology has made our lives harder rather than easier. I would rather wash my clothes in the river like the ye old days rather than use this exhausting and frankly disheartening app. I hope that society doesn’t continue on this trend of inefficiency and frustration- it will be the downfall of us all.
