Noor Indian Fusion Kitchen

It was a very awful application , i ordered from Noor Indian fusion kitchen SFO , it was saying order will complete on 15-20 min , we ordered and wait at counter , surprisedly that counter was shared and has many other applications for that . We had flight in 3 hrs so thought we will wait for 30 -45 minutes , 20 minutes passed and when we checked at counter they mentioned there is no order they have received and asked to check with application contact . We called and noor contact mentioned your order will complete in 5 min . But 45 minutes passed nothing . Now we been impatient and asked multiple time to counter person and suddenly they started saying your order been picked up from locker . WOW we were there in front of them and asking about that order since first minute , how and when can they put in locker and which picked by other than us . It’s been 1hr 15 minutes we wasted and money also deducted and we get nothing . And now we don’t had time to eat but rush to airport with our 4 year kid . It was very very bad experience , so please careful while using this App .

I am a travel nurse so I use Uber Eats frequently.The food was so delicious (Lamb chops ) with a dynamic fusion of spices ☺️and the portions were awesome!The card on my first order recommended using their website directly for better prices and Delivery. This is my my second order and my first Choice for Indian Food!!

Easy to order on the app. Saves me so much time ordering from my favorite Indian Restaurant - Noor Indian Fusion Kitchen. Love it that they now have a loyalty program.
