Stats shown are all wrong. Without accurate data there is no use of the app. Total kms traveled is not consistent in different views, trip details per ride is inaccurate in all parameters. Longest distance covered is wrong. Total distance covered for the month is wrong. There are few more. Hope you fix these. From what I read is the battery warranty claims are validated against these metrics and if that’s so, with this inaccurate data, claims will be not fair. I’m using app on my iPhone 16 pro max. Hope you will fix these issues and make those whole experience with rice River Indie better. Thank you for looking into it.
The App needs to be updated regularly. Bluetooth doesn’t connect automatically for Gen3. The trip meter in the app doesn’t update. It is showing that I have driven only 5kms through I have rode more than 100 kms. Only design doesn’t win awards little bit of technology is also required.
The app looks aesthetically great to me personally, but it still has quite a few bugs. Bluetooth doesn’t seem to connect with Gen3 Indies. The “All Rides” tab also doesn’t appear to update with the latest rides, and there are a few other minor issues. For example, the ride highlights look quite off—almost like they’re mostly pre-populated values and don’t update properly at times.
