I love having this app on my iPhone! It’s so easy to check schedules when I’m away from my computer and it looks just like my computer software. So far I’ve been able to do everything that I wanted to from my phone. Thank you, AestheticsPro for making things so easy!
We have been anxiously anticipating the AP app to be released and excited it’s finally here! Previously, in order to view client notes or reports on our iPads and phones was super cumbersome. Having to zoom in constantly, scroll wasn’t functioning properly on some pages, but now with the app, viewing those same pages is so much easier and efficient. Excited to see what other features are included with the app!
I can appreciate the company moving towards an app, but some of the features essential to charting our injectables are not compatible with the app. Features regarding charting on injectable patients, making dots for placements of Botox units, and even the dropdown menu for selecting what product was used does not work properly. Also, we have submitted multiple support tickets regarding Aurora and those complaints have ultimately been met with “we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but it’s the way we did things” and that’s a terrible way to conduct business. Whoever the software developers are clearly do not have experience in working with charting on/scheduling/managing patients. In addition, I am not sure how this app has a 5 star rating when it literally just came out today. I’m having a hard time believing that any real practice using this would have had no issues with the application thus far considering all we have are problems. The daw for us was the online charting even though the other features including reports and commission are a nightmare. Now, we can even chart electronically? Yikes. We will be moving to another platform if this keeps up. So disappointed in AestheticsPro.
