Myxer: Video Speed Dating

Got tired of the whole swipe-and-never-talk loop on other apps and gave this a shot. The video speed dating is genuinely fun, you find out in like two minutes if there's a vibe instead of texting back and forth for a week. The map feature is cool too for finding people nearby. Been using it pretty regularly and the conversations feel way more real than what I was getting on Hinge or Bumble.

I was super shocked with how advanced this app was technology wise compared to the swipe right method for most of them. You actually interact with others and know what they actually look like. Most dating apps you txt back and forth for ever to have a huge let down. This app actually lets you talk to others and interact vs an endless amount of messages back and forth! 5 star rating for me!

This app encourages people to have conversations and build connections. You can even find people who have same interests in the chat room and just talk to anybody. It helps me connect with real people, no filters, no messages that go nowhere!
