I really hope this changes in the future

So originally I was able to book my rides earlier. But now I can’t schedule anything til close to 1 am and I can’t schedule anything until around 12:45 am. You call the bus company and they claim they’re booked when it doesn’t give any options to schedule anything earlier than 6:25 am. It’s inconsistent and they give the run around. So sometimes you end up late for work especially if they gotta pick up another passenger.
Plus the areas are limited you can’t go outside Snellville bounds even if they got two cities close by it’s horrible. They need to improve it.

This is a game changer for people who rely on public transit within the available zones. With the public’s support I bet we will see new areas added in the future. The app is great and easy to use and I can get anywhere within the Lawrenceville city limits. Thank you Gwinnett County!
