The transition from Gessler to BayCare has not been the smoothest but I've been patient with the process since something’s just take time. But it’s been months now and the transition from the fully functional Follow My Health app to this glitchy BayCare app is still terrible and it’s only getting worse. Before, I could log into Follow My Health with Face ID but it’s not available with the BayCare app. I don’t even use the BayCare app now, since I have to go online to the website. Which brings me to my other complaint, I wish you would make it where we can set up appointments online with the app, which is also something I miss having with the Follow My Health app. If you’re going to take away something that’s fully functioning, maybe make sure that what you replace it with is also fully functioning.

Spent about five minutes before I gave up trying to sign in. I can sign in on my Windows 11 PC to the website, but when I go to sign in on the app, it does not recognize my sign in as being valid. I deleted the app and reloaded, but still have a fail. iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.0.1. Even attempted to create the same sign in on the app, and it said it already exists. Not sure where the problem is, but there seems to be an issue.
After 45 years in the tech field, I’m still amazed that software like this gets released!

All of the BayCare apps are poor. I have been spending a good hour with them and a lot of frustration. Many problems. (1) for 2FA I selected the combo that included a PIN, but it would not let me get past the Touch-ID stage. (2) while trying to sign in, I accidentally selected my spouse account. Used the BACK function and the main login page got stuck in a spinning wheel status. Tried everything (close app, power off-on, re-install app) but always get a spinning wheel status at login
