I've got two main issues with this app. First is that it has not been updated for iPhone X and up. The top and bottom have black bars. The second is that it is very tedious to find appointment times. I have to search a date range, select a day, select a procedure, and I then have available times displayed. Guess what, if there are no times available, now I have to click the back button which takes me all the way back to the date range search. Just make the process easier, list all available times in a scrollable list and have a separator per day.

If I could rate this app I would! I am a regular platelet and blood donor to one blood and to make my appointments through the Internet, and I was happy to download the app, thinking it would be useful, however, it’s proven to be annoying and totally useless! the app doesn’t work! Having an account and logging in it does nothing I’ve deleted it and read downloaded it and it still doesn’t work! It’s inconvenient to make an appointment. I prefer doing it online and I end up having to go through the email that I get from one Blood and that link rather than able to use the app. Fix it or get rid of it.

I gave up on this app months ago and just saw that it had been updated to fix my biggest (not only) complaint with the app. Which is difficulty with signing in. Yet again I can’t sign in. It says it has sent my email a password change link but no email ever arrived. I like having the app as a way to check eligibility to donate but the bugs are still there. In it’s current state this is an utterly useless app in my opinion.
