The app worked fine when I got the lightstick in November, but i tried it again a week or so later to change the display screen, and it gave me a “403 Forbidden” page. I’ve tried it a few times since, including today, and it still isn’t working. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it, but still nothing. I’m not sure why it’s happening but I saw someone else’s review saying the same thing back in August. Please fix !!

I love the app but there’s just a small thing that I don’t understand. The ticket registration didn’t say anything….I’m going to the concert in Chicago next year and I was going to put my seat number in but it just didn’t show me anything. Do I need to wait until the concert arrives to do it? Should I ask someone for help when I’m there if it still doesn’t work? I don’t know what to do. This is my first K-pop concert and I want it to go well. So I’m hoping it works.

I just got it and when I went in the app it said 403 u was not sure why it was saying that until I found a comment that said I had to turn off my wifi it worked but then when I tried the OLED screen I was confused until I found a yt video and figured it out I wish the manual or the app had some information about that but other than that. I love my lightstick works amazing ♥︎♥︎♥︎♥︎♥︎
