I don’t usually write reviews, but this app absolutely deserves one. When you’re in the middle of trying to get a diagnosis—whether for your child or yourself—it can feel overwhelming trying to explain everything. This app helps turn even the smallest daily struggles into words that are actually heard. It builds a clear, detailed diary that shows the why and when behind what’s happening, even if those moments seem minor at first. On top of that, the person who created this app is genuinely kind and understanding. Their support has meant a lot to me. I’m looking forward to upgrading to the premium version so I can keep all of my entries in one place. Truly a brilliant tool.

I stumbled upon Senlife from Insta, and it couldn’t have came at more perfect time. I use it for creating reports for weekends as I am with my son for four days, so I can share with nursery what he’s done and his behaviours so they can be informed. I highlight any changes in his moods / behaviours, sensory needs then use it as a tool to figure out what would have been the trigger. Dad is away for work so even though we have daily chats, I send a pdf of all his daily summaries before he arrives and home plan just in case I may have missed something.

What a fantastic resource for parents. We have struggled to properly support two of our children for many years and Senlife is exactly what we have been looking for. Searching for help online has often taken us down so many rabbit holes and now finally we can rely on one helpful and quality resource.
