Ferry Pay

First of all logging into this app is unbearable. Some days it recognizes me. The next, it doesn’t. Some days it says your account doesn’t even exist. Transferring money to my debit is a hit or miss. Sometimes it just leaves on an endless loop. Never taking me to the next Step of transferring my money. The app freezes when logging in, constantly. This is where my money for work is being wired with. The fact that it can’t even work properly. Terrifies me that one day I’m going to be locked out of my account. Do yourself a favor I rather get a check from the company every 2 weeks than deal with app. It’s terrible.

This card makes it so much easier for me to get paid and access my earnings right away. There have been a lot of improvements to the app recently and it’s clear that this company really cares about customer feedback

The app runs smooth is user friendly. I use it for my CC tips to be added. Don’t like that’s is a fee to transfer money to another account nor that I can transfer from another account to Ferry card. Card is not useable for online purchases.
