FL Studio Remote

This works as advertised. It is not a game, and will do nothing for you if you dont already own FL Studio on your computer. I downloaded it hoping i can make a large digital XY modulation board to use with Sytrus so i didnt have to hold a mouse half the time or use separate mod knobs, and i actually could! I barely cracked into the customization and i already love it.

It was very cool… even though it made no sound I just want to say,If you looked at the directions it said that it made no sound. I don’t got 15 bucks to make a beat right now and why is it so expensive?

This app works great because it makes it so easy for one person to record by themselves, not having to go back to the computer to press R again or stop. Stepping away from the instrument or mic setup you are trying to capture could get annoying pretty quickly if you are just working by yourself because you lose that creative momentum with all that back and forth between daw and instrument. This app relieves some of those problems with solo artists because you can remotely control your recording away from your computer still near the microphone (if you’re singing) or playing a piano. There is however, just one feature to be desired. I am surprised that image line didn’t launch this app with the ability to undo a recording. I find myself still having to go back to my computer to delete or undo a take that I know I won’t use given how terrible it came out. It’s something I do instinctively and would appreciate this feature being added. I understand you fl has loop recording and you can just delete the ones you didn’t like but I’d rather just delete takes when they happen if they are really bad. 4 stars but adding that feature would make this app a perfect companion for recording as a solo artist.
