I’ve tried many workout apps before, but FitAttack truly stands out. The combination of boxing and full-body training keeps the workouts fresh, dynamic, and engaging. I love that every session feels unique, so I never get bored or stuck in a routine. The tutorials are super easy to follow, even for beginners like me who have no prior boxing experience. The workouts are customizable, ranging from quick 7-minute sessions to more intense 90-minute challenges, making it perfect for any schedule.
Love this app. I have the boxing app and downloaded this one too. One of the things that annoys me a lot about most workout apps are the live instructors with music etc. It can be so distracting. I much prefer this form of instruction. It’s extremely easy to use, exactly like the boxing app. Thank you for both apps!
I use it at home when I don’t have time or motivation to go to the gym. It lets me design my own workouts, which is exactly what I needed. Whether I want a quick session or something longer, cardio, boxing or HIIT, it’s all there. I do the workouts with my kids and they love it too!!! What a good time spent together 🤗
