App has to be restarted everyday by unplugging it from the lithium battery, not at the wall plug, get on your knees. Loses bluetooth connection everyday and there is no reset button. No information in the owners manual for this issue. Called Pride Company. No answer yet but they did say not their problem. See the store for repair. The store refuses to repair. Store said contact Pride company. App is unusually hard to use. Must hold down saved position until it is done moving. Voice control for saved position’s only works if you keep saying “hey Siri” sit for tv. Takes at least 10 times of HEY SIRI. RIDICULOUS.

Im working with a friend who has ALS and we’ve managed to connect almost all of his devices to his iPad with additional assistance of a Glassouse (virtual mouse with a bite switch for selecting commands on the iPad). So far the app is working and connecting to our chair but his iPad is mounted in landscape mode. The app doesn’t seem to support landscape and is stuck in portrait mode. Is there a way to have the tech support add this feature?
