When you call MediaCom with Issues always stating use the app. For What? the app is useless in Help! Idk what’s going on with the cable? They need to Fix it.

Kicks you off for streaming but your still connected to you WiFi then you have to close open back up to get the same channel can’t use it away from your home base You pay to have it but can never use it. typical media on garbage and their new ad says that we trust their service, but not the prices. Their service is worse than the prices.

“Whatever other great streaming apps are doing, make sure you don’t do that!” “If this app gets more than a one star review, you’re all fired!” I am convinced those had to have been the instructions given when this app was conceived. This app is bad in ways I’d not even imagined an app could be bad. It is frankly impressive how very, very hard people had to work to make this app so bad. This app almost certainly had to have been designed by a committee. A committee that may have even met at least once. And it seems no one who knows even the remotest about how to make even a passably good app was on that committee. Everyone at Mediacom, executives down to summer interns, involved with this app’s creation should be fired. Or worse, forced to use this app.
