I trusted your platform when you followed up with me and encouraged me to go cashless for my surgery. Instead of handling the process smoothly as promised, you cheated me. If I had to find a network hospital myself, I could have done so. But I relied on you, believing your assurance that everything would be taken care of. We agreed on a surgery cost between ₹90,000 to ₹1.1 lakh, with zero out-of-pocket payment since it was supposed to be fully cashless. You were responsible for handling the entire process. However, you claimed ₹1.4 lakh—which I was fine with—but the hospital still forced me to pay an additional ₹2,300 out of pocket. Worse, you ignored my calls and failed to provide any support. Despite following up multiple times, even with your representative Santhosh, I received no help. Fine, I paid the ₹2,300. But then came another issue—cab arrangement, which was also part of the agreement. I had to chase Mohith over 100 times to get a cab booked. Yet, when it came time for payment at the drop location, he went silent, leaving me to deal with it. See, I am the patient—how am I supposed to handle all of this? Instead of allowing me to focus on my recovery, your negligence forced me to run around, making endless calls and dealing with unnecessary stress. Is this how you treat someone who trusted you in their most vulnerable moment? This has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered. I had already seen many negative reviews about your service but still gave you the benefit of the doubt. Clearly, that was a mistake. What do you gain by cheating patients? As a platform, you have every right to earn money, but at least be transparent. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I will never recommend your service to anyone—it’s nothing short of fraudulent and irresponsible.
Every personnel I interacted with hexa is a professional, considerate and empathetic. They take care of everything you submit a request. You just need to be present in person and complete the procedures. Appreciate your good work and effort
It was really terrible experience with HexaHealth, Akash Yadav. Akash Yadav was really not vigilant towards the treatment. For god’s sake, I was in the second stage of Gynocamastia, the worst desicion of surgery i made with hexa health. They didn’t take my vitals even when I went to check in the hospital, the surgeon was indeed the most mysterious creature as I never saw his face. He didn’t even took any follow ups with me. Now it’s been 2 months to the surgery and the gyno is coming back. I feel that some causality was there and I think they left some glandular muscles. I was not called for the follow ups. The coordinator of Hexahealth, Akash Yadav has not been kind at all towards me. He doesn’t respond to the message for like 7 days, and when he does he keeps promising to make the surgeon follow up but it never happens. I am sick of the Elantis hostital too because those people only did the treatment. I put my body under knife, my physical health, financial resources as well as my mental health suffered in the process. I don’t recommend the treatment from the Hexahealth and Elantis hospital, apparently the surgeons there are too busy too make money then to take care of the patients they already had. I hated the surgery and the results are not satisfactory. There is fat deposition again in the chest only after 2 months of the surgery.
