Daily Spoons

I have only just found / downloaded this app and love the concept. It is very simple to use. I do wish you could edit the names of the activities and the spoons once you have entered them. Especially because some days it only takes one spoon to get out of bed and others 3 or 4, same goes for all other activities. It would be nice to tailor activities for each day since not all days are exactly the same. Wish I could select the specific categories the activities go into as well, ie: you may not be planning to shower on a specific day but have to. Still a great concept that I am sure will help many the are dealing with chronic health issues.

I love this app! Could you explain what the Spoon Source vs. Spoon Sink means? And possibly add it so that it resets with the spoons I have leftover for the next day?
