Over the past four months, Good Drills has really transformed my training and helped me achieve my goal of dunking. Their structured programs focus on specific skills and techniques that build strength and explosiveness. I started with their jumping drills, which were designed to enhance my vertical leap.
The coaches provided personalized feedback that allowed me to refine my technique, making my jumps more efficient. They also incorporated strength training and conditioning, which improved my overall athleticism.
With consistent practice and following their guidance, I saw significant progress in my jumping ability. Now, I can confidently say that Good Drills played a crucial role in helping me dunk!

This app has helped my basketball skills genuinely so much and taken my game to the next level. Not only have I put at the very least I think around 5-8 inches on my vertical but my skills have improved so much, I feel overall more confident in-myself only about 3 months I’m to the program. The program makes it so easy to get better and improve your game. I couldn’t have spent 200 dollars for anything better. I went from playing freshmen team to hitting a game winner on JV and starting. This app is the most perfect training system out there and I couldn’t recommend any more.

I’ve seen and bought a lot of apps/programs when it comes to Basketball for my own personal development to try to go. This is one of the most unique apps I’ve ever seen. The personal development and the unorthodox approaches. That they take in order to make you a better basketball player and just overall better physical movement in general is astonishing. They truly earned the name good drills.
