I'm just a notch over 50 with 38+ years of watching and playing rec hoops. Unfortunately wasn't good enough to play high school so haven't ever got good coaching. I'm loving these workouts and the my games improvements. I use to do a lot of treadmill and exercise bike. Not any more... I can get just as good of a cardio burn while also improving my offensive skills. The mental challenge of repeating the drills keeps everything fresh. Some ideas for improvements... I want to quickly assign a grade to each drill so that the app can bring back ones I struggled with. It would be good to have some easier drills for my daughter that is 6 months into her journey. Love to see some partner passing drills that are more fun and challenging. Just some ideas...
No brainer if you’re looking to improve your game and also your training habits. So many times players, especially younger players, want to work and improve but don’t know what to work on, and end up wasting hours in the gym “shooting around” while consequently, developing poor habits. The beauty of this app is that it not only provides a solution for players at any level lacking a strategic plan as to how to go about their workouts, but it does so in a way that is simple, efficient, and purposeful. Would highly recommend to players of all ages, especially high school kids.

Makes more sense to work at getting better at one specific move, than 20 at the same time, even Drew Hanlen says that.
