Go with the Motability Scheme

This is an essential app for all users of Motability. It provides access to the vast majority of chargers in the country. The new app has always been successful in allowing charging at all public chargers. A useful addition would be the inclusion of prices where possible

I went to go and change my car the other day and when to pay to the card and then it gets declined although I do have the money in my bank. I had to call the charge point company to restart the changer so I could unplug my car. And also it takes a long time when the payment goes through last time it worked it took nearly two weeks for the pending payment.

I’d left a one star review previously as I was having so many problems with the app. But the updated app is working really well now for me and is straightforward and easy to use. At the moment whilst the car is charging, you’re able to see the duration of your charge and the amount of KW charged so far in the app but if you could see what the percentage the car is charged to and thé spend that would be amazing but I’m aware that may not be available when I’m charging on a street ev charger. . Also when I was having a problem with signing in the customer service team ended up being really friendly and helpful. Overall very pleased with the updated app.
