Fantastic so far only used them a few times but been really good always working always available and the app is so easy to use can’t say anything bad about them only gripe I do have is none where I live I Redditch b98 b97 areas but hopefully soon there will be redhotchippy

On my first use of this charging network the app kept bugging out to the point of just using my debit card on the charger which got it starting… customer service were very apologetic and ordered me a RFID card to resolve app being buggy at times. Second time I’ve come to use the app today as RFID hasn’t arrived yet and it’s worked first time without issue, I feel like they probably want a longer than 30 second time out when it tries to start charge as that seems to be the issue. Charger is advertised as 150kw and I’m getting 70kw still slightly faster than others locally that are 50 and get 30 odd.

Having found the old app frustrating to use due to delays in charging info displayed in the app, I’m thrilled that a new app has been released! Love the live charging info screen and stop feature. I’ve used the app for every charging session since and it’s been a great experience so far!
