Town Survivor - Zombie Haunt

I have been progressing and loving the game as I go through stages and maps but Im currently stuck trying to obtain the characters section since it wants me to clear level 6, but I have already completed the nightmare challenge and upgraded my character to level 6 and my level is currently 10. I have tried closing the game and opening it but to no avail, I hope the devs fix my problem since this is a really good strategy game. Tldr: character section not unlocking

So recently they had an event called chicken dinner. I spent around $35 on the events packages that contained the tokens. I didn’t receive them. I sent a refund request to apple and they denied the first request. I’m waiting on the review and hoping they actually look into this. I do genuinely enjoy the game, there are a few things that are a bit rough right now though. Other than me losing $35, the bosses after about stage 10-15 are way too strong. I have all my items at purple and some with two stars. The little thing that is used for repairing the door is super weak so at late play (10 mins or so) they do almost nothing and one hit from the boss will take you out. You can watch every ad they throw your way and still be unable to defeat the boss. The characters do also leave a little more to be desired, like mainly the ability to get them. It’s impossible to get a new character without spending money… if you get the items at least… I wasn’t too lucky. I will say I did also purchase a pack of just gems, I DID get those! So at least you’ll probably get those. I’m not willing to try another purchase on this app til this is resolved though so I will not test the hypothesis lol. I also noticed in the “nightmare challenge” it has precollected/finished levels for me and I didn’t get any of those perk upgrading tokens so I can’t even get the perks that need those. When/if that stuff gets ironed out I would definitely love this game so much more…. and also getting my refund for not getting the chicken dinner items please…. Then it’d be pretty solid.

Good game, have been playing everyday. Have been trying to learn the various strategies and build paths. Still some balancing issues that need to be addressed but i understand its a new game. For example level 12 is not possible no matter what. The boss progresses far to fast for you to do anything. Even exhausting all ads, and buffs. The boss will be 10 steps ahead and break your door in 4hits. You barely have enough money for 1 generator at that point. Will continue to farm! Good job guys! Update : daily challenges are still broken. Stuck at 0 with a timer that runs but will always stay at 0 tries left for the day even though you never got a chance to try. I bought a monthly pass…and the game is still so broken either the boss 2 shots your max upgraded door or your weapons chip away at the bosses health slowly even at red and maxed.
