This bank has the worst customer support imaginable. You can never get your money when you need it, especially if you have a Diaspora Account - good luck if you choose to use this service! The waiting times for transactions are often too long and the customer service staff are unhelpful and unresponsive. It's best to avoid this bank altogether as it will only lead to frustration and disappointment.
